NSCC Learner Services Offices are remote services only. Virtual office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Staff are prepared to fully serve your needs remotely.

Order your summer textbooks online. You can have your order shipped to you for free, or you can use curbside pick up. If you are using the curbside pick up option, stop by Monday or Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. When you arrive, call the bookstore and your order will be available at the A-10 entrance.

If payment or payment arrangements are not received by Friday, June 5, you may be dropped from your summer 2020 classes. Please log in to your myNSCC and check the balance due. If a balance is due, one or more of the following actions should be taken:
- Pay your remaining account balance – Call the business office or log into myNSCC.
- Establish a payment plan – Call or email the business office for more information.
- Incomplete financial aid status – Financial aid Issues should be resolved via your myNSCC portal or by contacting financial aid directly at FinAid@NorthwestState.edu.

If you plan to take summer or fall classes and you have not completed your 2020-2021 FAFSA yet, please complete it today at www.fafsa.gov. Please also continue to monitor your myNSCC account to view any incomplete/missing items that are needed to complete your financial aid file.
The NSCC Food Pantry will be doing ‘drive-thru’ pickup on Thursday’s from 11 am – 1 p.m. Please pull up to the A-20 doors, located on the east side of the building, and a financial aid team member will bring a bag of groceries out to your car. Please email us at foodpantry@NorthwestState.edu to let us know that you plan to come so we can ensure that we have enough bags ready for pickup each week.
