SUICIDE PREVENTION

Suicide Prevention

As a member of Northwest State Community College (NSCC), you serve an important, unique, and vital purpose to our campus community, in addition to your family, friends, and community at-large. Your health and well-being are important to us, which includes your mental health. There are circumstances, events, or experiences that can impact our mental health and well-being. The important thing to remember is that these feelings are temporary and you can and will overcome them. You matter and you do not have to face this alone – in fact, you shouldn’t. There is help! There is hope! Please reach out!

If you are struggling with depression and/or contemplating suicide, or you know someone who is, help is available 24/7. Click here for hotline information. Please do not delay. Help is only a phone call or text away.
