The items listed below are designated as “Directory Information” and may be released by this institution at its discretion:
- Name
- Major
- Enrollment Status (full-time or part-time status)
- Address (only sent to four-year higher education institutions)
- Email (only sent to four-year higher education institutions)
- Birth Date
- Honors
- Dates of Attendance
- Degree(s) Conferred
Under the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, you have the right to withhold the disclosure of any or all of the above information. Should you decide to withhold any information, you will need to fill out a Request to Prevent Disclosure of Directory Information form and submit it to the Registrar no later than the end of the second week of classes each semester. This form is available in the Registrar’s Office. Such requests will be honored for one academic year or a shorter period of time as designated by the student.
