STEM Division Builds 3D Printed Hand for Local Boy

Knowledge is power, and thanks to recent efforts by several students, faculty and staff in our STEM Division, that power has changed a life for the better. Three-year-old Cameron, who was born without a right hand, can now do things he never imagined. A group of STEM volunteers at NSCC created a 3D printed hand for Cameron after receiving a request from his grandmother, who is a nursing student at the College. WTOL paid a visit to talk to the team. See the video here.
