Nancy Gilligan turned a major setback into a beautiful career path. As a high school dropout, Nancy didn’t think college would be a part of her future. Once the factory where she worked closed, college helped guide her in a new direction. Nancy credits Marty Phillips, an NSCC instructor, with connecting her to First Call for Help. An internship there cemented Nancy’s desire for a career helping others. Nancy graduated from the human services program in 2012 and is now the coordinator for the partial hospitalization program at Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon.
