Learner Services Update

NSCC Learner Services Offices – including admissions, advising center, career & activities office, financial aid office, registrar’s office, and the success center are remote services only effective March 19, 2020. Virtual office hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff are prepared to fully serve your needs remotely.

    ACCUPLACER testing is suspended until further notice. New testing dates will be added here: https://northweststate.edu/testing/ when testing resumes.

    Career activities and resources will be made available virtually in the near future. Please continue to watch your email for updates. All activities and student group meetings are canceled through the end of the spring semester.

    Financial aid second 8-week disbursements will go out the beginning of April. If you have not completed your 20-21 FAFSA please complete it online at fafsa.gov.  Financial aid staff will continue to run processes and will communicate with you via your student email.

    All Tutoring Services will be offered remotely. E-tutoring is available. No test procter services are provided – see you instructor for directions.

    Online library resources are available 24/7. Library staff is available remotely to answer your questions via email. Working on a paper or project? The best places to start your research are 1). the library website or 2). the “Library Resources” link within your Sakai courses (link on the left-hand side).
