NSCC is seeking a qualified hydraulics and pneumatics (Fluid Power) instructor for the Archbold and Scott Park (Toledo) locations. The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training totaling a minimum of 5 years.
- In the introductory course, the instructor will introduce concepts and practical applications of the physics of fluids, components, troubleshooting and design applications for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- In the advanced course, the instructor will introduce electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic components controlled by PLCs. The students will design, build and troubleshoot machines using pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical components.
