Coordinator – Success Center

Continuous assessment and review of services are a vital part of this position in assuring that quality academic support services are in place to meet the needs of the student body. This requires ongoing communication and collaboration with deans, faculty members, tutors, students, and other college personnel. Industrial Technology (Electrical) Faculty

Clinical Teaching Assistant

Custodian

Applications are being accepted for a custodian position. This position is responsible for specialized and routine cleaning and maintaining the College’s buildings, classrooms, restrooms, labs and offices to ensure the safety, health and welfare of the students, faculty, staff and the general public. Normal weekly hours: full-time 40 for 12 months per year. Work hours between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m.. Hours will vary due to operational situations. Philosophy Faculty (Part-Time)

NSCC is seeking a qualified part-time instructor to teach philosophy. The part-time philosophy faculty will work closely with full-time humanities and/or philosophy faculty and the dean in their leadership, development, assessment and evaluation of curriculum and will provide assessment and other student retention and success-related information as required. Automotive Service Instructor (Part-Time)

NSCC is seeking a qualified, part-time automotive service instructor. Northwest State Community College has partnered with the Defiance Dream Center and area new-car dealerships to offer this new automotive service technology program. The NSCC automotive technology program closely simulates our local industry’s needs, specifically at new-car dealerships. Course emphasis will be on task related to service fundamentals, engine repair and performance, brake systems, chassis systems, climate control systems, vehicle computer control systems, automatic and manual transmissions, and vehicle body mechanical systems.

The qualified applicant must have a high school diploma or GED; associate degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
