This position will be split between the Bookstore (approx. 75%) and Food Services (approx. 25%), however, may be 100% in either area based on department needs. In the bookstore, must keep inventory stocked and serve customers by entering sales, returns, and financial aid information. In food services, this position will serve customers, assist supervisor, and cook in all food service operations.
Normal Weekly Hours: 40 for 12 months per year. Work hours vary between 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 4:30 p.m. on Friday. NSCC is seeking a qualified instructor to teach developmental and college-level English. Classes offered will include composition I & II and a variety of literature courses. The part-time composition faculty will work closely with full-time composition faculty and the dean in their leadership, development, assessment and evaluation of curriculum and will provide assessment and other student retention and success-related information as required. A part-time registered nursing clinical instructor is responsible for managing a group of students in a clinical setting including assigning, supervising and evaluating the students. Applicants must have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, two years work experience as a registered nurse and an active Ohio nursing license. When the clinical experience is in Indiana, an Indiana nursing license is also required. Nursing clinical instructors are needed for area hospitals, as well as Toledo and Fort Wayne locations. Openings are available in both the practical nursing program and the associate degree nursing program in a variety of clinical settings.
