Welcome to STEM Camps and Outreach! Our mission is to provide the NSCC and surrounding community quality STEM camps and programs throughout the year. All the information you will need for enrollment into one of our community STEM programs can be found here.
Explore your musical talents, write your own songs, and produce professional-quality recordings. In this unique camp opportunity, you will craft hits from start to stage. With access to state-of-the-art recording equipment and software, campers will learn the basics of music production, from recording techniques to mixing and mastering. Campers can bring their own instruments or borrow one.

Embark a journey to learn, grow, and become a skilled caregiver. We will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a responsible and capable babysitter. You will learn general babysitting information, safety tips, behavior tips, outdoor activity ideas, basic first aid and how to maintain open and honest communicate with families.

Campers will learn about the importance of infection prevention, how to assemble and personalize their own first aid kit with essential supplies, gain practical skills in selecting and organizing items, and participate in activities on safety awareness and injury prevention. While drawing, painting, and taking photos, learn the do’s and don’ts of animal encounters. Build knowledge through a variety of games, art styles and mediums. Listen to some great storytelling with some furry, feathered and scaled visitors. Class art supplies are available, but you are welcome to bring your own. You will need to bring your own camera (cell phone is OK), if you choose to explore photography.
