The NSCC Foundation was founded in 1978 to provide support for the students, people and programs of NSCC. For nearly 40 years, the foundation has remained true to its mission to enhance, expand and sustain Northwest State so that it can continue to fulfill its mission of creating opportunities for transformational learning.
The foundation’s endowment earnings and donor contributions have impacted the College through the Allied Health & Public Services Campaign and the Changing Lives Scholarship Campaign, which is used to award over 100 scholarships a year to NSCC students. The 2012-2013 awards total nearly $200,000 and provide students with funding to make their educational goals a reality.
As we move forward to address the needs of the students at NSCC, your support plays a critical role in equipping the students with the best resources possible whether it is scholarships, new equipment for training or new programming.
I look forward to the many opportunities the foundation has to assist NSCC in the mission of changing lives in northwest Ohio.
