Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-signed retal agreement basis. Without a signed rental agreement, room will be held for seven days and then released for other bookings. If alcohol is to be served at the event, an Application to Host an Event with Alcohol form must be completed and approved by the NSCC President. The server must be "TIPS" certified, and the group must follow the policy approved by NSCC (see Alcohol Policy). Proms are considered to be Nonprofit. |
